Wholesale Information
We sell products wholesale to many customers in the gift industry, particularly craft/hobby stores, hospital gift shops and photography specialty stores. If you are a retailer, distributor or merchandise reseller, then read further to learn more about wholesale opportunities. We offer wholesale options to businesses only and cannot offer wholesale options to individuals.
New Retail Customers

Orders
- $100 minimum order
- A resale or tax-exemption certificate must be on file prior to shipment
- All prices subject to change without notice
Freight
- All goods shipped FOB Austin, TX via USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless specified otherwise
- Actual freight charges will be added to your invoice
Customer Service
- Please contact us by phone or email with any questions or concerns
- Returns for defectives or errors must be discussed and authorized in advance
Payment
- Basic terms are Net 30 for approved customers
- If you have not qualified for open account terms, we accept checks prior to shipment
- A late charge of 1.5% per month/18% per annum will be charged to all past due invoices and balances
- If an account is beyond terms, new orders will not be shipped until the account is made current
